about

Local-led social ventures are often unseen, unheard & underfunded.

the challenge

Inequitable access to support.

Ventures founded by expats grow twice as fast as those led by Africans. Not because African leaders don’t create impact. But because they’re not equitably equipped to tell their stories. Without brand support, local leaders struggle to:

Connect the solution they offer to the problem they address

Understand their customer & market, the needs & gaps

Engage customers, beneficiaries, funders & investors

Design their organisation to deliver on impact & results

We are a nonprofit training institute that equips African-led, early-stage social ventures for growth through brand workshops, tools & coaching.

the solution

Affordable, accessible training.

Our methodology is to first conduct an assessment to identify cohort or portfolio needs. Then build a custom brand training program, leveraging proven frameworks from our consultancy. And deliver the program in workshop format – with peer support plus individual coaching. All within our areas of expertise:

Customer understanding

Competitor analysis

Positioning strategy

Go-to-market strategy

Messaging & storytelling

Marketing communications

African-led & ready for growth.

Our workshops, tools, and coaching are designed for organisations with products and programs past incubation stage.

They operate on less than $500k annual turnover. They’re actively working toward reaching the Sustainable Development Goals. And like us, they’re all African-led.
